A massive piece of 100% Presa Iberica 5J

This meat is 100% Iberico Breed, Presa Iberica is a meat cut from the Iberico pork attached to the shoulder, and located near the head of the loin.

How to cook: High heat, 4 minutes each side, let us rest for 10 minutes before service. We recommend to eat medium rare.

Tapas signature dish, 100% Pluma Ibérica 5J

Pluma is a well-marbled cut from above the shoulder of the Iberian pig.

How to cook: High heat, 1-2 minutes per side, slice and eat

Two big bags of Suckling lamb cutlets from Burgos

A tiny piece of heaven, delicate lamb flavour and beautiful bones to suck. 

 How to cook: High heat, no more than 1 minute on the grill, eat with your hands and have fun.

Our meat is sent frozen and it will defrost on its way to you - the meat is sent in an insulated box with ice to ensure it stays fresh and delicious. Please do not freeze it again, we advise you to grill it as soon as possible. Gracias! Please enjoy the meat within 3 days of your delivery.
