Reserva Catalina is something different, something special. These anchovies come from fresh fishing of 25/26 grains (per kilo) that are rarely seen on the coast. Salted for two years at a constant temperature, achieving a matured, well-cared ripening, giving them a consistent, and unique colour, aroma and flavour. They maintain part of their silver skin, thus improving their appearance and texture.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, these anchovies in olive oil are now available in a limited edition reserve with numbered cans.
