Payments
Any payments taken through the site are processed by Stripe. A cookie is used in order to simplify and speed up the transaction process, fraud prevention and detection. We do not allow users to access saved cards via the Stripe payment gateway on JosePizarro.com, however browsers may offer this function outside of the functionality of this website.

Users granted access to the Content Management System on this website will require cookies to be used in the login in process.

Users are able to subscribe to an email mailing list through forms on the site and following links to our preferred email marketing platform, MailChimp. The email address and other personal data captured when a user signs up to one or more mailing lists will only be used by the José Pizarro team for marketing and news updates relating to relevant offers and events, we will not share this data with any third parties.

Users can remove themselves from a mailing list or manage their data at any time by following the instructions within the footer of any promotional or marketing emails from José Pizarro through the MailChimp platform.

By purchasing goods and products through JosePizarro.com you are agreeing for us to store and retrieve your personal data to fulfil your order. Your name, email, telephone, billing and or shipping address will be captured and stored along with the products in your order.

No data relating to your credit card or payment method(s) are stored by JosePizarro.com. All processes are managed by Stripe and Paypal who are PCI-certified and a trusted payment gateway provider.

We will need to share some of your data with third-party delivery companies to complete the order.

Your personal data will be removed from our system no later than 12 months after your order is processed. Should you want your data removed sooner, or information updated please contact us.

Data retention

Your personal data will be held for no longer than 12 months unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you would like your data to be removed before the this period please contact us directly.

If you would like to see a record of any personal data held on JosePizarro.com you can request a report by contacting us. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner and help you with any questions.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify you with full and clear details within 72 hours of discovery.
