Delivery policy

Free delivery for all orders above £60. Delivery Tuesday to Friday only. Order before 9am to enjoy your Spanish goodies on the next working day.

A & Z couriers delivers our parcels and we are always available to support with tracking details.

Your order leaves us at 3pm and arrives the following day (normally by 4pm). We do request express by 16:00 delivery to all our deliveries. Less than 1% of our deliveries arrive a day late. Orders are well packaged and can cope with such a delay.

We have included information relevant to the possibility of a day-late delivery in our terms and conditions. However, you can rest assured that this only happens on very rare occasions. If your order has not arrived by 4pm on your chosen delivery day, please call us and we will chase it on your behalf.

Delivery is free for any order above £60, below that, we charge £10.59.
