Sundried with ‘asoleo’ technique. aged for an average of 30 years with soleras dating back to 1902. There are only 103 bottles available! Intense and rich with a complex blend of figs, prunes, caramel and roasted coffee. Luscious and velvety with an everlasting aftertaste.
