Thick and delicious hot chocolate that's typically served with Spanish churros.
Make the perfect Spanish hot chocolate at home:
Heat 200ml of milk until hot. Pour into a heatproof cup or mug.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons (50g), or to taste, into the milk and stir well.
Whisk 50g into 200ml of warm milk in a microwaveable mug and heat for 1 min. Stir well before drinking.
