Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. Wine spirit, the soul of the gin, is produced by using Galician albariño grapes, and this distillate is macerated with 11 botanicals, 6 of which are native to Galicia, samphire, sage, bay, lemon verbena, eucalyptus and peppermint.

Smell: delicate aromas of white flowers, eucalyptus, liquorice, ginger and lemon
