Reserva Catalina Cantabrian Anchovies are an exceptional Spanish delicacy, made from extra-large anchovies caught along the Cantabrian coast.

Selected for their size and quality, these anchovies are salted and matured for two years at a constant temperature, allowing them to develop their distinctive colour, aroma, texture and rich flavour. They retain part of their natural silver skin, giving the fillets an attractive appearance and firm texture.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Reserva Catalina has released these anchovies in a limited-edition reserve with numbered tins, making them a special addition to any Spanish pantry.

Preserved in olive oil, they are perfect served simply with good bread, added to tapas, or used to bring depth and savoury flavour to Spanish dishes.
