Pedro Ximénez Venerable VORS Sherry is an exceptionally rare and richly flavoured Spanish Sherry made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes.

Sundried using the traditional ‘asoleo’ technique, the wine is aged for an average of 30 years, with soleras dating back to 1902. The result is an intense and complex Sherry with layers of figs, prunes, caramel and roasted coffee.

Luscious and velvety on the palate, it has an exceptionally long, lingering aftertaste. With only 103 bottles available, this is a rare bottle for collectors and lovers of mature Spanish Sherry.
