Ageing: Lees ageing for 6 months with manual batonnage. Followed by 1 year in the bottle.

A wine of great personality and elegance. On the nose, the varietal aromas of Albariño and Loureiro are expressed with frankness, intensity and clarity. We can also appreciate the more complex notes of fermentation, lees ageing and minerality. In the mouth it is an extraordinarily ample, fruity and silky wine, with hints of dried fruits and white flowers. 

Food matching Smoked salmon, pasta salad, foie gras, lobster risotto or seafood paella.
